Photo op

I have been receiving the this life noted project life kits from Scraptastic club for a few months now, I LOVE the colors, look, and styles, but am just not at the point where I keep up with weekly project life spreads, preferring rather to document by month. This choice leaves lots of extra goodies to use on other layouts. I created this using mostly all kit contents with the exception of the back ground paper. I chose to mist the arrow design on the top and bottom of the paper before adding the rest.

I loved the colors of this kit, and finally found the right product to use on this rare selfie of hubby and I. Driving across country we stopped in Memphis to check out Beale street. It was so fun to visit, from the lights, to music, to the street princess carriage that the girls fell in love with, it put us all in amazing spirits, despite only being in the first half of our trip. We took it as a sign to snap a quick selfie at dinner. I love how it captured our spirit and happiness of the night.
